Running late

I wanted to stop by and say hey before I took off for the day.
I got up late and made so many phone calls this morning, wrote two blogs and I HAVE to have a bath before... The last day of one type of treatment for Tony!
I hope everyone had a wonderful day and I will try to catch up tonight.
This is my jam I made Sunday in the photo. I processed 10 pound of strawberries and I have 10 more to go

Yes he is doing excellent. Yes it is a lot of work but worth it in the end, this will last me a long time.

@andriaperry i too make fruit juices and have loads of them. Same story here. I wish I could sell some.

@andriaperry My Mum ended up thinking jam-making was not worthwhile unless the fruit was free because of the cost of the sugar. Do you think it is an economical thing to do? I'm sure the quality is nicer.

@JudyEv Yes. I will say I have not bought fruit to make jam in a long time, usually I get all mine free too.
