Got my fitness tracker

So I got my fitness tracker in the mail today that I paid $7.49 for and it has been on the charger for while now and it won't even turn on. What a waste. Then I got to Amazon to do a return and message seller and the page is completely gone. It is useless and now I don't know what to do. I am working on talking to Amazon right now to see if they can help. Hopefully I just get a refund or something. Wish me luck.

I can imagine how you are feeling right about now. I hope that Amazon can fix this mess and bann the company if it wasn't an honest mistake!

I have that same Fitbit watch in your photo which my daughters gave me as a Christmas gift 3 years ago and which is till working till now. Never changed the battery yet. Have you tried doing a long press of the side button while the gadget was plugged on an electrical outlet?

@carebear29 Oh is that so? When the battery is fully discharged, it takes a long while for the gadget to start charging. If you have tried everything and still it does not come to life, then your Fitbit must have some factory defect. Hope you can have it replaced or be given a refund. I use my Fitbit to wake me up as I've set several alarms of it in my Mac to where it is synced.
