When I was going through @syowi ' s discussions yesterday , there was a discussion about mylot payout with Paypal... So this came to my mind, I think I will get a right answer from here... @jolietjake or @owlwings will surely help me... If someone doesnt have a PayPal account and if they have reached the Payout already, Can they transfer that amount to someone else's PayPal which is already using for another myLot account? I mean Can anyone use same PayPal for multiple mylot accounts? Please give me an advice....

I see, from the comments and responses, that, in fact, what you are trying to do is to receive payments which it would be illegal for myLot to make. myLot is an American company and is governed by the laws of the United States. If you reside in a country which is on the OFAC list, as described in the Earnings Program FAQs, you are NOT eligible for payments because payments to those countries are proscribed by US law. Attempting to circumvent this would be fraud and against the Terms of myLot. You would be at risk of losing your account without notice if you violate the Terms.

I am not sure about it. Also, Paypal follows rules are framed by the Central Bank of a country. In case of India, Reserve Bank of India is the Central Bank, it has framed some rules regarding withdrawal from paypal and paypal follows that rules in case of mylot users from India.
