I can tell you we've had the warmest winter in Georgia ever. We have a couple of days of cold and then days that feel like spring. it really is almost spring now and we have new leaves popping out all over.

Oh, dear! I don't like to hear bad news, and I'm hoping you will be okay. My husband can do five reps with a 5 lb. weight in his weaker arm, instead of ten reps with a 2lb. weight.

@amadeo ~I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. I can relate, I'm not feeling very good either. Did you know that the word "stressed" spelled backwards is "desserts"? Desserts, if taken, in small portions, are indeed a good way to take you mind of stress. I'm not a scientist but think I've heard something about desserts releasing ceratonin, a feel good chemical in the brain. One of these days, I'm going to try to make this Coca-Cola cake.
