I hate it when I fall asleep trying to mylot. Im just not sleeping well at night. I wish I knew some ways to help me relax and sleep better.' Im sure some of you do have some things you cam do to promote better sleep. My doctor refuses to prescribe sleeping pills as he says they are addictive. I take Benadryl at night for my allergy and it lets me sleep a few hours then I'm awake and often do not get any more sleep. one original post and graphic by P Hatley copyrighted 2017

I'm sorry your not sleeping well. I don't know maybe you could try melatonin. I hope you find something that works.

You could get some over the counter sleep aides. I use them sometimes. Sleep is just too important.

Someone suggest Evening Primrose to help with sleep. It seems there is also a Primrose Tea, but not sure if that is the same thing.

the thing about the over the counter ones is they all use benadryl as the sleep agent an I take two every night so y allergy will not keep me from sleep and just t helps me sleep for a couple of hours.

I don't sleep well either, my doctor prescribed something that wasn't a sleeping pill but it didn't help.I can't remember the name but it was over the counter.

I sleep well for three or four hours due to the benadryl I take for my allergy but that wears off and often I cannot get back to sleep

To help you sleep better at night have a cup of Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea. It is now made in different flavors. Also get some lavender oil and put a drop on each temple, your chest, on each wrist and a drop on the bottom of each foot at night. Before I stayed here I used to keep near my bed a device to listen to nature sounds, they are relaxing.

I have problems with insomnia and I take medicines for it. It's really hard if you can't get good night sleep. Try to relax and drink some milk during bed time. Hope you get good night sleep every night
