For some odd reason that I do not know I have my sleeping pattern messed up, maybe it was that nap the other day, but I do not like it.
I went to bed at 3 am after cleaning for a couple of hours and then I woke so many times, after each dream. Many of the dreams stick out today but one stopped me. I would not fall back to sleep because it was a nightmare, someone got stabbed, it was strange because this kid I knew that died was in the dream, calm and talking to us and he has been dead for a long time. So I am wide awake at 8 am, I can tell you I will be going back for a nap sooner than later.

I am at work and on my lunch break down. I woke often through the night last night too because I was having so many crazy dreams.

I hate scary dreams. I had a night terror one time. It was so real I couldn't sleep. I woke up screaming and crying.

I hate dreams like that that wake you and leave you with an uneasy feeling. Nothing much new here today. I'm only trying to get some housework done and then hoping to be able to read my book for a little while this afternoon.
