Cant sleep.

Its nearing on four am, and I have been up and down all night. I'm exhausted and haven't slept much at all. Something tells me its going to be a long day. I'm going to try one more time to get a little rest.

I hate when that happens. I work 3rd shift so I am up now. but when I need to sleep in the afternoon so I am rested for work. And I just toss and turn all day. It really sucks. Good luck

Get some rest.though I myself sometimes is awake at 4 in the morning.
