I have met good friends online. But never a girlfriend. Dating sites all seemed to be pointless. I found my girlfriend when I was least expecting it. :) I think that was the best way it could happen.

I have met business acquaintances, colleagues, and friends online...many. It feel I have developed a good relationship with many of them. It's easier to keep in touch in cyberspace sometimes than in real life with email and IMs.
