@Hatley what is nice is that you don't have to worry about where the money is coming from to pay for it. Also, I think it's good that you have others your own age group to talk to.

Do they provide wifi? Or do you have to pay for your own internet each month? i remember when my great grandmother was in a retirement home and she had her laundry done for her, she would complain that the young woman who was doing her laundry was stealing her underwear. Lol

are you kidding I pay sixty dollars a mo nth to have cable internet and I don't think I use wifi but I have a new computer' and windows ten and all the bells and whistled' f to the point that I need tutor-mg on some of them yes stealing garments here is an ongoing problems no one will admit to but it happens. This is not a ho me or nursing home a retirement center has no big medical staff nursing homes are in a sense hospiltal homes for aged ill people or people needing a place to get over broken bones.

@Hatley Wow, so each person is responsible for their own internet, that seems odd to me. But retirement homes are known for gouging all the money they can out of their residents lol

That's good that you can find so many compensations for being in a retirement centre. I too have many things to be thankful for now I'm retired.
