Had a productive day

I tackled the storage closet. It was quite the task but now it is all cleaned and organized. It took me a good part of the day but it was worth it just to get to done. Next weekend I am going to tackle my spare room that I am mostly using for storage and make it a spare room again. That will be quite the job. Slowly I will get everything done that I want to before camping season gets here. Once that starts we will not be home on the weekend unless the weather is bad.
It ended up being a nice day so it was nice to open all the windows and let the fresh air blow though. So did you get any Spring cleaning done this weekend? Or do you do Spring cleaning?

lol the spare room for now!! Next weekend I will decide if I get rid of it or keep it!!

We actually don't have too many unwanted items yet since we haven't been in this house very long. We got rid of a lot before we moved here. =)

Yes, I filled two bags with clothing I will donate. I finished the laundry and cleaned the bathroom. I usually tackle a few jobs these days rather than rooms. I work much slower now than I did in my younger days. Oh I used to be able to do the entire house in one day. Hard to believe!

It doesn't take long to mess things up. I have to get to my bedroom closet ones of these days and that is going to be a huge job!

Yes I use to do spring cleaning as it comes with our festival 'Holi '.
I know very well that cleaning and organising requires a lot of time and effort but it worth doing. I have completed it just before about 12 days.

@Bodyandbrain We have a tent that we take to various locations and set up along the river, at the beach or in one of the many campgrounds. We have a portable charcoal bbq and all the necessities you need to set up where there is no electricity. It is a lot of fun. We enjoy it a lot.

Lord, Yes! I have been on the cleaning the whole year, I would do a closet or a room. And like you I want to get it done before its really warm out and I will be busier.

hmmm, actually, we have no Spring cleaning here because we don't have the Spring season, my friend, but yes, cleaning one's home should be a routine for us, residents of our homes.
