What a sad thing! My phone was dropped in the water and sad to say it said goodbye to me in this way

I learned a big lesson. Finally I bought a new mobile phone online last night and right now I am waiting for the delivery. It should be delivered to me within two hours. After that, I also need to go to the mobile phone company to change a Nano card. And last night I also bought the type-c connection wire as a backup wire. Everything is new although I don't really need this kind of update

My granddaughter (3 years old) threw her mom's phone in the water the other day and my DIL had to borrow another. She got the phone out of the water immediately but it would not work. She put it in a container with rice and silica packets overnight and the phone turned on the but buttons wouldn't work. So now she has a borrowed phone indefinitely. She needs a smart phone for work, otherwise she would buy a cheap one like mine. I'm glad you got a nice new phone!

My old phone can barely turned on but it doesn't boot correctly. This is the main problem. I try to install the OS but it failed.

It happened to my eldest daughter too. It fell into the toilet. And a young friend of mine lost hers in the sea.

I would be devastated if I lose mine. I depend on it a lot. At least you already got a replacement for it. Upgraded one is nice too. Where did you drop it anyway?

How did it fall in water? My daughter threw my wife's mobile in bucket full of water when my daughter was small. Since then my wife always keep her mobile out of reach of kids.
