BEFORE MYLOT.

Spending a significant amount of time on Mylot or other writing sites would necessitate suspending or cutting back on some of the activities one engaged in before becoming involved with these sites. The most I can do while mylotting is listen to music or the news - and have a snack.
Here are five of the things which I don't do anymore or do less of since joining Mylot.
(1) I no longer linger over breakfast - which can be a good thing.
(2) Before Mylot, I would watch the 7 o'clock evening news on television - now I sometimes catch the repeat later in the night.
(3) I am not reading as many books like before -- I must definitely do something about that.
(4) Before Mylot I would turn on my laptop mostly to check my emails, do some research, some writing or look at my favorite YouTube videos --- now I log into Mylot first thing.
(5) I recently opened a Facebook account -- but I am hardly ever there.
What about you ? Have you cut back on any activities since joining Mylot or any other writing site?

i still read in bed before sleeping, either a newspaper, magazine or on my phone, but not books anymore.
i visit mylot without logging in. i log in when i'm ready to interact or post, so not every day.
sometimes i think about having an fb account, but still hesitate to do so.

In fact, I don't have a fave show in the evening anymore when I arrive from work.

Definitely less time spent doing genealogy, less time on Facebook, less time reading, really less time doing alot.

Are you driven by need to earn money to spend more time at myLot as your other activities seem fun and interesting.

Yeah I was a Facebook junkie before mylot.. I still get on there but not as much.. and yes reading books I don't do that as much as well.

Well many times I have to remember to allow some time to do all the things I do in order to try and keep extra $$ coming in all the time. Now I have to remember to prioritize things more. But I do find myself accessing Facebook a lot less since coming here. Got too many things going on to keep me away from there more now. But since coming here I have learned about other Writing sites, but enjoy this site the most.

I have plenty of vacant time to do mylot. Mylot keeps me busy and not bored. It's the only site I use I don't have a facebook account

With being on MyLot and working online, I don't read as much as I used to. I think it's because my eyes need a rest.

Oh for me not at all. I haven't cut anything. I use it in blank spaces like waiting for my daughter's bus to come or when other people are talking nonsense or when I have to stay with my little one for monitoring. So this is good for me that I am using my time effectively.

@Kandae11 Oh, that explains why you look like a generic perky person! I think I'll use that gal with the baby who make $486 every day as my avatar. By the way, before MyLot, there was the site that will not be named. And before that there was Epinions. So I've been addicted to on-line blabbing since 2000.

@Brittnyrose I agree with you, apart from the fact that it probably moves the bank, I enjoy the back and forth interactions.

@Kandae11 we should. Build up team on here send in suggestions to stay active as much as possible reply back and forward have a full blown conversation with each other earnings will improve by alot
