Breakfast Pizza with a Twist

Today, I'm sharing with you a quick breakfast pizza idea. My girls were feeling hungry but weren't sure what they wanted. It was midday on a Sunday and one of them shouts out, "breakfast". I looked in the frig. and the first thing I saw was biscuits ready to be made. From then on it was history. I pulled out the biscuits, eggs, bacon and cheese. Spray the pan, placed the biscuits on the bottom then made the eggs. Here the finished photo.

Yes, it didn't take the original size. You should be able to see it now.

I'm for breakfast pizza! It sounds, and looks, yummy! This reminds me of my quick breakfast: tostada shell, layer of refried beans from a can, layer of egg scrambled with caramelized chopped onions, topped with salsa and shredded cheese. It's sort of the same idea as yours, but with a Latino or Spanish twist. ¡Olé!

That's look really easy to make. Did you bake them in the oven?

Yes, I set the oven on 350. Just test for firmness to tell when they are done. The biscuit part is really thick so it will rise right up for you.

That does look yummy!! I Like the idea of using a bundt pan to make it in. How long did you bake it for?
