Hello everyone & good Morning to you. You know it's going to be a great day when the sun is shining and it's already 60 degrees at 10am. Gonna be high 80 today.
I'm not looking forward to work today. I sprained my left index/middle finger this weekend bowling. It started saturday night at glow bowl & then they kept hurting more. Today i can hardly bend the 2 fingers and hurts picking up stuff or even brushing my hair etc. Typing it doesn't hurt that bad. Work shall be interesting today.
Working my normal shift 1130-8pm & then going for a walk after work with my boyfriend since the weather is going to be nice. Not going to stay out too late though since i work tomorrow morning as well. Last night I was out til 1am but surprisingly still got 8 hours of sleep so i'm not tired today.
I hope everyone has a great Monday & I'm hoping work won't be too bad today.

@dodo19 thank you they are swollen & hurt pretty bad. Hopefully Tylenol will help some of the swelling.

@dodo19 Tylenol did not work - I switched to Naproxen and is working better.

@Blondie2222 Hopefully tylenol does the trick. I hope it doesn't cause too much problem when you are at work.

@snowy22315 no it's not and they are pretty swollen today. Hoping Tylenol will do the trick today and help that a little bit.

@DianneN thanks it is still 70 degrees outside right now it was wonderful to walk for a little bit. Got windows open and fans on in the house to let some fresh air in.

@DianneN Yeah our weather has it's ups and downs also. Some days it's almost 80 and then this week it is back to 50's and 60's.

Hope your fingers heal quickly and don't need more medical attention. It's nice here today too so I'm going to enjoy some fresh air

@hazysue they are doing a little better. I've been taking Naproxen for pain and it helps better then the Tylenol did.

@Blondie2222 I find that Tylenol doesn't work all that good for me. The Naproxen usually gives more relief.

Hopefully your fingers do not trouble you too much! At least it is not a worse spraining, that would be awful. Maybe you should have some ibuprofen (Best for swelling) and if things get too bad, you can tape them together to prevent too much bending.

@desirousdreamer thanks for the ideas. I switched to Naproxin as Tylenol was not working. They are doing a bit better than this morning. Tomorrow is another whole day so hope it heals more. Typing today didn't hurt as bad as i thought it would but writing did hurt. The weather is still perfect in the 70's got windows open and fan going as it's hot in my room.
