I don't know ... I listen to Spotify Radio's 'comedy'-category on their homepage, and I 'thumbs-down' all the "explicit" tracks & thumbs-up all the non-explict ones. And--when I click the 'thumb'--the screen 'buffers' for a few seconds and tells me it's "improving the station."
