April 21 Diinner Over Hot Here Mac And Cheese

Yes Its still very hot here and sunny.I have the AC on and its just barely cooling t he room Dinner was fine but I'm too warm. Mac and cheese was okay I'm just' not that hungry today.Something not hot would have been better. Now onward and upward to earn a bit One original post and graphic by P Hatley copyrighted 2 017

On those hot days, it really would be nice to have something cool and refreshing. Those are the days when I even enjoy jello more! lol

Mac and cheese for dinner it's not something I would ever serve, carbs in the evening are not good.

We had deli fried chicken and potato salad. I ate two drumsticks and a scoop of p.salad.
