I get 2 weeks paid vacation from my job now.. I get one week every seeks months. But I do not have to go anywhere and I can use the money as extra savings or for whatever I need.
I rarely take a vacation and go anywhere because I would rather have the extra money and It is too expensive to travel.

@manikarnika Everyone here gets 2 weeks paid vacation once they are here a certain amount of years. prior to that you get one year vacation after you work one year.
I like having an extra paycheck every 6 months.
