Food Porn: "Tinudok"

This kind of sweetened food is common in the provinces of the Philippines. While waiting for the passengers to go on board, I took a bite of "tinudok" or well-known in English as "carioca."

Probably in places like the Canary Islands I would think.

I know this as carioca. The sweet filling is usually red beans.
