a day off and a lie in .....

Tomorrow is the May day holiday. Yes, we get a day off work. I shall be at home with family and some friends. We have a bbq planned and I shall be busy in the morning ....adding sauce to meats and making various salads ... I like to make sure that there is something for everyone. Still have various puds to make too.... a cheesecake and my (almost famous) brioche whiskey bread and butter pudding.
