I haven't started preparing it yet, because it is only three thirty here but I thought I would go ahead and share with you what's for dinner tonight, and show how cheaply I am making the meal. This one is a little fun, and a little different than usual. Three ingredients from tonight's meal were on sale at Winn Dixie over the weekend, so that helps with the budget and with coming up with meals. Oscar Meyer All Beef Hotdogs were on BOGO, so we got two packs (only one of which we are using tonight), Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar in the 16 oz blocks were also on BOGO we will be using some of one of the blocks tonight, and Grand's Crossaints were a dollar a tube (we will probably only be using one tube tonight, but I have two just in case). Still haven't guessed what is going on our table for dinner? Pigs in a blanket, with cheese of course. The pack of hot dogs cost $3.25, the biscuits were $1.00 which is a great deal and were actually cheaper than the store brand. I estimated that we will use about $1.22 of cheese. I am also making a pot of beans, which were eighty cents. Along with the about $0.50 of condiments or spices we have a complete meal. I am looking forward to it, and seeing how well they turn out. If I can get a picture posted I will do so either tonight or tomorrow. Although I am thinking of starting an instagram page of all the frugally centered things I do to keep this house running. Hmm, maybe I'll think on that for a little bit.

I loved pigs in a blanket when I was little, so I am pretty excited to make them tonight. I bought two different kinds of mustard for them as well. It doesn't take much to make me happy lol. @Happy2BeMe

we don't have croissants, but we do have biscuits, hot dogs, and cheese in the fridge. I think I should fix those up tonight too. No $3.25 hot dogs here though because we only buy the ones that are $1 a pack or cheaper. I used to do regular posts with costs of our frugal suppers.
