Impeach the President

Listening to the news this evening I was surprised to see that Trumps staunch party members have no choice but to speak out against him. Even Fox News who are his best supporters had nothing good to say about his latest blunder. Asking Comey to stop investigations on his connection to Russia and now leaking secret information to Russia is too much for Trumps party to swallow. They are saying it's grounds for impeachment. I could almost be sorry for the guy if he had an honest bone in his body. But since he doesn't I say impeach him. We don't need him as our president.

His shenanigans are getting worse and worse. Yep, he has been blowing it. If there is anyone left who still has that much faith in this man, oh they've got to be kidding me. I say we don't need him either.

Trouble is I don't have any faith in Pence but he couldn't be as bad as Trump.

@RubyHawk True - then there will be that issue too. I wonder if he can be impeached too?

@much2say Actually I don't believe Pence has any connections with Putin but I don't know much more about him.

We all get Republicans Hate Democrats and vice versa. Independents pretty much hate both of them. That being said, wish party had nothing to do with this and it should not. It is about protecting this country that most on both sides claim they do. If that is the case, then the only thing that matters here is what is good for the country and Mr Trump is dragging the country down by the day. He obviously is trying to hide something and it needs to be brought to light. He also needs to be held accountable for his recent actions, just because he is the most powerful man in the country and maybe the world does not mean he gets to do anything he wants and is above the law.

@RubyHawk This is way, way beyond who is a Democrat and who is a Republican etc. etc. This is basic democracy that is getting stomped like its not worthy of respect. This is why I am deeply sad about this person who is not my president.

You are absolutely right. That's why I say he is a walking time bomb. We won't have any friends left before he's through if he isn't stopped now.

@sallypup In my opinion it has nothing to do with democrat or Republican. It's the stupidity of the current person in office.

It will take time before impeachment can become a reality. I do believe indictments will soon be coming for members of his administration. The abuses and corruption is too pervasive.

You're right. They've tried to cover for Trump but he won't even cooperate with his own party. Now they're all in it together. But they are gradually stepping out of his shadow.

Maybe it will happen. When we get these mentally defective people in there should be an easy way to remove them. But it will likely e a long drawn out process.

True, I haven't liked all our presidents but none have acted so bizarre before other than Nixon and I think Trump surpasses Nixon in stupidity.

I think that impeachment is going to take quite a long time. This delay is not good for America. Trump is evil!

That's true, he's a dirty business man and how many times has he gone bankrupt to avoid paying his debts. I don't know how he's managed to stay out of jail.

Yes, the whole world is watching and wondering why we voted for a man with a mental problem. I didn't vote for him and can't imagine why anyone did. But there he is and something must be done.

From the beginning, the Media has developed a grouse against Mr. Trump. Just he fired Mr. Coney it is showing everything in the magnifying lens. It is for the people to act diligently without being carried away by the sayings of the Democrats.

All the media can't be lying and anyone who hears Trump speak can't help being embarrassed. The man is a walking time bomb. Have you listened to him. He says one thing and turns around and contradicts himself.

Val, we've never had such a n ignorant person as president before. It's something new for us. . Many people thought it would be good to elect someone who had never been in politics but it's turned into a comedy.

"I hope" is so much different from "I order you to put a stop to the Flynn investigation.' In any case, as cunningly political as Comey is, I don't know his heart and motive, he committed felony more serious than misdemeanor when he didn't report Pres. Trump soon after his personal heart-to-heart conversation on the alleged "obstruction of justice by Trump". Investigative lawyers think that Comey's firing could prompt new review of Clinton case.

It makes Comey look bad but he did give his notes to someone in the FBI to hold for him.So we know he didn't make it up later.
