Who doesn't like home made fudge?

My wife is cooking fudge today. Oh how I have waited for this day!
I had to bring up the subject of fudge because it is simply one of my passions. I don't care that it is loaded with calories and sugar. These things in lesser doses can bring a certain feeling of joy to anyone who likes to eat chocolate and when I say chocolate I do mean chocolate fudge.

@marlina , perhaps you would like a cup of hot cocoa instead. I know I like that also and it don't stick to the teeth like fudge does.

It was not exactly the way my wife liked it best but I had two fudge squares with pecans inside. She preferred to do another recipe that would have possibly tasted better and turned out more to her liking. Better luck next time but meanwhile I offer it up to my guests, they can try it out themselves and give me their evaluation. I did enjoy it.
