This Inspired Me!

Me and my friend went out shopping yesterday and we were getting hungry so I decided to go to Chili's one of my favorite places to eat! 
I ordered a salad and some Chicken Fajaitas and it was so so good! It came out on a small cast iron skillet which I really wanted to take home L.O.L. The waiter said if I wanted it it would be 10 dollars L.O.L. I said no thank you.
Anyway it was getting late and I knew I ws going to have to make dinner for my husband so I came home insead of just Chicken I added Chicken, some beef I sliced from the freezer and in another pan I fried in light veggie oil onions, orange and yellow peppers since I did not have any green ones left I used a poblamo pepper then added that to the meat made some refired beans and rice and pico de gallo It was so yummy!!! Does going out to eat somewhere like this inspire you as well/

Oh, yes! I love to be inspired. One that did it for me was sauteed mushrooms over steak. I love to fix that. And mustard sauce on salmon. Yum!

When we go to restaurants and find something we really like, we try to find copycat recipes online . And sometimes we do have to experiment to get it just how we want it - sometimes the changes turn out to be better than expected!1 person likes this
