How many people are very judgmental. It appears just about anyone who can see, hear, and speak is judgmental of course some more than others. Sometimes judging is a habit and sometimes judgments stem from insecurities and envy. Critics are judgmental. Some may criticize without realizing their own flaws. Every person has flaws. Mankind is made is God's image but coming into the world has caused mankind to become "flawed." By: Tanikka Paulk When individuals are always looking for a reason to criticize others, there's some underlying issues they're dealing with, a lot of times they're seeking to control. Using words can sometimes get some down depending on what's being said. "Once a mind has been trained to remove the negatives then what others are saying will be less effective." Words are something so many will use to gain or to take down. For instance: Attempts to try and tarnish a person's character. Some will try to assassinate other's character in order to gain whatever it is they're looking for. The best thing to do is to focus on the areas in which add value. To engage with individuals who will assist with growth and not in the business to try and create declines. The ones who are concerned about the economy will put aside their differences and try to work towards "building up." Persons who continue to use childish behaviors in order to try and make others feel bad are the ones who won't progress very much. They're wasting time by trying to hinder what needs to occur. "Insecurities" will cause individuals to do such things. If they're not willing to see the big picture then they're missing out. Growth is very important.
