Delicious Indian DAL BATI!

Hello Friends! I don't know how many of you know about DAL BATI. Well it is one of the famous rajasthani (Indian) food. I had it in lunch and it was extremely mouthwatering. Have you ever heard of/ tasted this dish?

I have added a photo to the post. It consist of Dal and Bari is made from the wheat flour, rawa and besan. It is baked in oveb/ convection and then put into ghee. It has crispy covering with soft core.

That is a wonderful dish with lot of deshi ghee, but this is hard to digest for the people who are not accustomed to this dear friend @anamika161088!

It can be baked in convection but traditionally it is baked in coal. It smells awesome.

@anamika161088 That sounds nice! Only, not too sure about the spicy part. Not really fond of really spicy food and can't really have it either but otherwise it sounds yummy!

It's a traditional Rajasthani dish. We make a dough of wheat flour with oil, curd and water in it with some spices and salt and then bake it in oven. It becomes crispy red. A special pulse is served with it along with green chillies, curry and coriander chutney. Garlic chutney tastes awesome with this meal

Wheat flour..put ghee, salt, curd in it and then making a dough using some water.. Then baking it in oven.. Post baking dipping it in ghee..
