There's a cookbook out called Chopsticks, Cleaver and Wok full of authentic, easy recipes. I think you can find it on Amazon if you look hard enough. We had Chinese chicken stir-fry, with broccoli.

I am in a retirememt center so all meals are served by the cooks to us we do mt getto do any cooking at all
