Holiday traffic!

It is crazy out there today. I was going to Home Depot earlier and made the mistake of heading towards the parkway. I almost got on it until I saw the cars at a standstill. Nope. I turned and took the local roads. What should have been a 10 minute trip took me 45 minutes. It was very frustrating and I am someone with a lot of patience. We will be dealing with this on Fridays and Sundays until Labor Day. Ugh.

I've been stuck on that parkway many times coming and going to the shore. Not that the traffic brings back fond memories but many summers spent at Wildwood does

Ya know I've never been to Wildwood. Living right next to Seaside, we never had a reason to travel there.

@NJChicaa That's rough. The only time we have bad traffic here is for Packers games. Which will start up in another two months.

I'm sorry traffic is bad. I'm not sure how bad it is today because I'm home but my husband is working so he will probably tell me about it when he gets home.

We are a Shore destination so we always get nailed with traffic from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

oh I really hate traffic.Philippines has got this problem ever since, cars were running like a turltle, very very slow progress. It took 1-2 hours before we've got in our destination

I hate when you plan to go somewhere and you just happen to forgot that it is a holiday but once you hit the road trust me that all changes you be getting stuck in the traffic as soon as you put ur car on the road
