I cannot understand why people continue to fall for these scams, if its to good to be true, it will take your money for nothing. You ever seen the miracle weight loss product? Every year its a new fruit or herb, just take this and you will be skinny again. But what I seen on T.V. is the biggest scam EVER! I seen an ad for people to send in their DNA and "someone" will tell you where you are from, now where you are from is how you should eat and you will lose weight and be healthy again. ( not word for word but that is the message) WELL.... that wont work either! Why? Unless you are 100% Native American Indian and live in the USA then the native foods here is not for you, everyone else was shipped here. That really got me to thinking about native foods for each country, the tropical countries foods cannot grow here, most places its to cold so that nationality would have to order and their food shipped here? This one has scam written all over it for me, Pay for your DNA to be taken and then be told all the foods you should be eating does NOT grow in the country where you live.... Use common sense people. But the worst thing about this scam is that its legal and you fell for it. I know this may sound mean, but if anyone wants to lose weight all they have to do is stop stuffing your pie hole 24/7 , get off your rump, exercise or just get a job. Use a little self control! Now I will take my own advice, after I mylot for an hour. see I am using self control, I gave myself an hour before working around here, cleaning house, mowing the grass with a push mower etc. What do you think? Lay it on me, tell me what you think about the latest diet plan.

I know all the latest diet plans are nothing but a scam. I have lost 20 pounds by maintaining a 1200 calorie a day diet. If I want to maintain my weight I eat an 1800 calorie diet. That's with no exercise. Nor a job. Anything more I gain weight.

See you are managing because your disability prevents you from exercising. Keep up the good work!

I know not to take in more calories than my body can burn. I exercise every day, too.

There are days I eat to much but there are also days I work to much. Now if I can make those days doing both, I should have a balance

Oh, jeez.... Yeah, I don't know how people fall for these things either; but sadly, people do. Maybe the scams would stop if people stopped falling for them....maybe...

Yes they are short lived. I notice it last a few months before something else is on the market.

Although that seems true foe most who lose weight. That doesnt work for everyone. Some people need way more than watching what they eat and exercise. But do agree with that sounding like a scam.

@andriaperry i know plenty of people who eat healthy and work out yet cant lose weight. And all their doctors have said the same thing, that for some its harder and they need more than just those to lose. I have some 10-20pounds i could lose but i dont want to. So i havent.

Its proven by the medical field, if you do not eat it you CANNOT gain weight. It is proven by the medical field, if you move your body you WILL burn calories. I am not perfect, I need to drop 20 pounds and I know how, I have just been lazy and that is all there is to it. BUT this is just a scam to take peoples money.

If they worked the way they say it does, they wouldn't keep coming up with a new one.

Exactly! Once a facebook friend posted " eat cucumber to cure diabetes" I asked her how many do I have to eat? No answer.

LOL, of coarse you would. If I were living alone I would not cook, I would eat most of my foods raw. and for cooked meals I would go out. I would move to a smaller place and put down cement , no grass to mow!!!

Sadly the amount of people that are either not aware that it is a scam, or just are desperate enough to want to loose weight will pay for it and that is exactly what "they" whoever it is wants to happen.
