So as Summer approaches us I thought it would interesting to see what the community thinks is the best thing about the month of June? I have to go with the obvious. Being from the Northeast I would say the warmer weather and the start of Summer
Not very creative I know, but it is 90 degrees here today (NJ) so it definitely put the thought in my mind. Time to hit the beach!

You are right near the beach DB? I miss it so much, live in MA on the Northshore and miss the wild and windy sea even in the wintertime.
Best thing about June here is I can walk early in the morning before it gets boiling lol

Yes Ocean T., A few long blocks but walkable. It's great when it stays light out until 8:30 and I can take a nighttime boardwalk stroll. Very refreshing

It's in the 80's today. That's the best part. I thrive in the heat.

@dgobucks226 - We have bad storms. Overall, winters aren't that bad here. At least, not as bad as people think. I still prefer summer!

And don't you get some harsh winters in Colorado? I've seen some Broncos football. Those fans look cold in December

I guess the best thing about June is summer weather but it is not terribly hot yet..always a plus.

So true... We just went through 2 days of 90+ degree heat, and us in the Northeast always are unprepared after going through a rainy and cool spring.

@dgobucks226 It's still weird to me how our seasons are so different from yours lol I mean I know how the world works but it's still weird. It's still not summer here yet but I was considering walking down to the beach tomorrow if it's not too cold. I miss having my feet in the sand and the water.
