My name was murdered.

Have you experienced someone murdered your name? Like, supposedly it should be Miss Bhem Villarta but the customer care said Mr. Bhem Villacarta? What? I emailed PLDT customer service 2 days ago about my internet connection and for them to fix my phone. I am waiting for an urgent reply because I have work and needs to have the internet connection, then today, they sent me an email reply. And this what I got. Are they sending me the right information because of this name issue? I hope not. The previous reply I got from them was correct. I think I should call them instead.

Exactly, they are not doing their job well and not looking into details.

@JustBhem Do you take any further action about it, so they will not repeat the mistake to others.

Always. I grimace every time someone calls me on the phone an I can't recognize my name. Usually it is someone selling something. I usually just say there is no one here by that name.

Many times I have experienced that but its not a big issue to me because people unknowingly committed mistakes for some reason.

Well, in my part I do sometimes, especially when they already know who I am. And they keep repeating the same issue.

There are many occasions where they wrongly spelled my name. I totally hate it but i corrected them at times. I think you must call them

@JustBhem so they did mess up your name and it's not a mixed up with a real Mr Villacarta?

I get all kinds of spellings and pronunciations for my name, first and last. I need to make certain they don't put an 'a' anywhere in my first name except the second letter. And then there is my last name that I've seen only a couple people pronounce it right the first time. I found out they were familiar with the name. That would be the only way a person could pronounce it right. Unless you were my French teacher who had no trouble with it.
