Not everyone can say this. I feel lucky I can. I have few managers before but this one is the best I ever had. He is so considerate of everyone's health and work life balance too.
I was not feeling well today. Cold plus the sore muscles. And he asked me to go home and rest, and complete the important stuff from home. It's a kind gesture...not all the bosses do this. May God bless him.

@hereandthere yes. Cold spreads easily. But he is considerate even in cases when sickness doesn't affect anyone else :)

if it's not urgent and can be completed at home online, then it's better to take your time than make mistakes.
