How many of you when you were out and you would see a dog walking by itself with a collar but no owner in a busy street want to go shake the owner?

Since the title was long enough I will finish what I was trying to say here. When I see a dog alone and there is a busy street and he or she is trying to get across and they are alone I get very angry. Owning a pet like having a child is a responsibility and if people do not want that responsibility they should not have pets. Pets should be part of the family and should be treated with respect. When I see someone walking their dog and do not let the dog do its stuff and is busy talking on the phone and not paying attention to the dog I want to take the dog away from them. It makes me sick how people do not treat their animals with respect.

@Hannihar Yes he was a beautiful dog too. I hope he got to his home. People should be ashamed of themselves for not caring for the animals.

@TiarasOceanView Ocean, I totally agree with you. I often wonder why those that do not take care of their pets or even like them have them.
