Holiday in Netherlands for family, here we come ...

My family and I are thinking of taking a vacation in the Netherlands. We have never been there so we plan the trip there for about 10 days. We are lovers of art and culture and therefore want to reach several museums, but also lovers of nature walks and looking for places with beautiful views and challenging excursions that are suitable for children aged 6-14. Is there any recommendations for attractions in the Netherlands from your experience or knowledge?? Thanks in advance

Netherlands is a beautiful country. I think there are many great museums there since it is the homeland for Vincent Van Gogh Enjoy your trip

My cousin lives there - so when we were there many years ago, it was more of a family visit... But she did take us to see the wonderful tulips and do some shopping... Have a nice trip!

The canals in Amsterdam, definitely. You can join a tour too. If you plan to go to Rotterdam, the Cube Houses would be a nice attraction as well. Have fun!

I have been to Amsterdam. You don't want to miss Anne Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Rembrandt's home. Check out tours. I took one to the tulip warehouses and windmills and cheese makers.

I have never been to the Netherlands @gilggg , but my Grandmother did go on a tour and she loved all the tulips. I hope you and your family will have a wonderful time.

It's so beautiful there. Be sure to take boat rides in the canals and be careful of bicycles. They have the right of way. I almost got run over! lol
