Picking Anne up in an hour

Let's see, I vacuumed, watered all the hanging plants (every day), got rid of the dead flowers she had put in vases last week, have some pasta ready to cook when we get back and greens ready for a salad.
While she will appreciate all this, she would be glad to be home if I had done nothing. She was with her sister for five days now since the motorcycle accident that killed her sister's husband. I am sure that was so stressful for all involved.
Her sister has a son and daughter nearby with grand kids for her to be with too. I know that grieving is a long process and I hope that Jenny makes it through all right. I suggested some kind of grieving support group for her to attend. I hope that happens.
It will be good to have Anne back home.

I'm sure she will appreciate all that you've done. And I'm sure you have missed Anne immensely. Again, i'm sorry for the sad situation.

Thanks, Jill. I hope that her sister does okay with all this. Anne altered a dress for her sis to wear to the celebration of life.

With her grown children there and many friends, she should be okay. Thank you!

She is quite happy. We have been out this morning tending flowers and she is taking a bouquet to a new neighbor.

It is a terrible thing for anyone to deal with. No one every really gets over something as terrible as that, do they?

I'm sure Anne will be pleased to be home too. I think support groups in cases like this could be very supportive.
