I asked my mother today I would like to go swimming today. We decided to go swim for an hour at the warm water public swimming pool. We swam around and played some water games. I cannot believe how out of breath I was and how super relaxed I feel tonight. I feel like now I just want to sleep. Amazing what a bit of fun exercise can do to you.

Yes indeed. Swimming helps you use all your muscles and does make you sleep more deeply. Know your limits in the pool and eventually you can increase your overall stamina.

Water does have a calming effect and combined with exercise it feels wonderful

That is so true. Even I love to go for swimming. Water just calms you down and you feel your stress washing off.
