If God's "Got the Whole World in His Hands," How Did Jesus 'Put His Spirit in God's Hands'?

While writing about the root of the word "Whole" http://nextgenalpha.blogspot.com/2017/07/whole-rootoftheword-wholehearted.html (tying it into "Christ Jesus"), I realized that we 'release our spirit into God's hands just like Jesus did on the cross.' But then, I wondered why we teach children that they don't have to do that because he's "got the whole world ... In His Hands"? Either that, or why do we think we 'keep the world away from him' when we start "owning" things?

It is because Jesus is the son of God and he is the one who are given by his father that responsibility being his son.So that is how I understand about the article you are writing here.

odd interpretation of the word 'understand' ... so When did God NOT have Jesus's spirit?
