No it's not . Just take cooked rice, add curd and pinch of salt mix it with spatula , keep it aside . For seasoning take one spoon oil heat it, add mustard seeds, green or red chilli, curry leaves, fry till golden brown, add this to curd rice. Done..

@sishy7 no , not the same. We call it curd , I think in US and other parts it's called yogurt. Curd is not sweet , it's little sour or not sour sometimes.
