Some People Get So Over Dramatic On Facebook

To the point where now you better not post anything too personal or they jump all over you. Like the deal with the Hoax with Jayden Smith, etc. all of a sudden they know everything and why would anyone ever fall for that, and post it all over in messages, etc. The latest on is I started a Go Fund Me to help out with my Medical Bills. You can post the link on Facebook, etc. so I did. She was like oh Good way to get scammed out of all your $$. I was like Wow, she could have been a little more thoughtful and considerate. Last I checked I still had no one offering to help. Just really makes me many times wish Facebook could be a totally different entity or there were better ways for me to try and promote asking for help with Medical bills, and expenses, etc without all the drama because of it. Anyone have any suggestions? Last I looked so far no one has donated so maybe this was a Stupid thought anyways? ~~TINA~~

Our health is important, so you have to do what you can to get the help you need.

Yes and wish more people would see it that way and want to help.

I really hate Facebook as it seems to be a magnet for many silly comments.

Sometimes it can be so childish. People just many times want to be right even if they know nothing about a situation

I totally feel the same way. It definitely makes me try to avoid it.

I am sorry that you had to be treated that way on a public platform. I understand struggling and needing help and having to ask for help and how hard all of that is since I have been there so many times. I have not done it in public and usually ask friends, family, and partners but it is still embarrassing and humiliating. Having that happen on facebook is even worse in some ways with people you know and do not know. I wish you the best of luck with your fund and raising money.

Thanks. We have already exhausted family and know no one personally who can afford to help much. Even our church helped as much as they could. But to be told I should not ask for money on Facebook floored me for sure. I know she sold never help anyway

@KrauseHome You are welcome. You did the best you could to get the help you need. You went through enough even having to ask and did not need to be mistreated that way. People are too quick to judge.

Unfortunately, the one who was judging me like this, is someone that I used to work with. Just because she has never struggled and wants her 45 yr old son with no real job to live with her and only pay $300 a month rent she thinks no one struggles.

It takes a while to get traction , but I'd contact churches instead , they might be more help

Not sure what churches there would be. Someone else mentioned a source I need to try calling tomorrow and then go from there.
