Monsoon like rain hit us hard.

Good morning.As I was headed off to the club it started to rain a good clip.
Did not have my rain gear with me.Put a call to Mike to bring my gear.
On the way home the torrential rain hit us.Had to stop to pick up a few things first.
It was coming down so hard and had a hard time in seeing.
I was driving over 55 miles or so.
Then all these cars zooming by and most of them do not have any lights on.
They do not give a care about others driving.This was a very hard rain coming down.Finally got home and bless my self.I made it.LOL.
Then noticed that there was a few accident above on the highway.
Not sure how serious it was.But it was bad.Like a monsoon.
Glad I am home and out of this.PT this afternoon.

It was sunny here a few minutes ago then out of nowhere we got the same thing, hard rain out of nowhere! Weird.

It is against the law to not have headlights on when it's raining. There aren't enough cops to enforce such laws.

@amadeo I've only seen 1 rainfall in my 1 year stay here and I'm on duty. I'm just watching the rain by the window.

Accidents happen during heavy rains, and floods as well. The roads here are filled with manholes, it's very dangerous

There has definitely been some weird weather going around. We had some heavy rain as well. I just wish that it would happen at night and be beautiful by day!!

Our skies look a bit threatening but so far no rain. I saw that the Northeast was going to get hit hard with rain and thunderstorms. Glad you made it home safely

We had similar rain on Tuesday over here, and I have to say that careless driving in nasty weather is a worldwide phenomena. Honestly, people just don't care. I'm surprised there aren't more accidents on the road sometimes.

When I drive in rain that hard I usually put on my flashers so I can be seen and like you I slow down. If I can get off the interstate I will and let it pass.

We were supposed to have storms today, and yet I just checked the weather..and it says only 40 percent!! We need the rain at this point.

I konw what's you feel my friend ,because there were also had a heavy rain in Beijing some days ago, so terrible that occurred many accidents
