How to treat Receding gums..Home remedies..

Most of us know that brushing our teeth can keep our gums healthy, but there are more ways we can use, and these are home remedies.. Drinking green tea is good and coconut oil and sesame oil helps us by cleaning away bacteria.. and there are other ways too..
Receding gums can be treated with aloe vera, green tea, coconut oil, and sage leaves. As an astringent, lemongrass oil helps the gum tissues regenerate.

Chewing on raw guava, guava leaves, sacred fig (pipal) leaves, raw turmeric also helps with the receding problems. But be sure to spit it after a few, say 5-10 minutes. Should be done twice in a day till the problem is rectified.:)

Maybe it is the antioxidants in green tea that work.. must be good to avoid inflammation..

coconut oil is nice - hate teas of all varities though - rarely see sesame seed oil

I have never tried these but I did hear that oiling is very good to clean bacteria from the mouth. Thanks for the tips.
