Tonight's evening snack was popcorn, and a few grapes

I look forward to my evening snack since I always eat dinner early before 5pm typically. I will eat popcorn usually or sometimes chips, or I might have a dessert in the evening because I don't usually eat any after supper. Do you have a snack in the evening?

I have Banana chips for my today evening snack . I like it also like some nuts snacks .

I probably wouldn't eat that late. I am always hungry late in the afternoon.

@snowy22315 It's the habit here, the restaurants do not start to serve before 7:30 PM, in Italy more easily at 8 than 7:30.

Once in a great while, I will have a piece of toast for a snack, but I don't really consider bread to be a snack food.

Most of the time I have cold cereal to keep my blood sugar stable... but sometimes, I will indulge in popcorn and I have a bag of salt and vinegar chips in the pantry come to think of it!

popcorn is generally my favorite snack. I will sometimes eat other foods though, and I like to have some fruit in the evening too.

Sometimes. Depends when dinner is. Tonight it was at 945 so no snack.

You too! I don't snack alot after dinner but I will have a bit of fruit in the evening, and maybe something like popcorn or some salty snack.
