Back from the gym

This afternoon was another gorgeous to walk to the gym with light breeze and sunshine. It was so nice to let some fresh air inside my apartment with opened windows and doors. Unlike Wednesday evening, it'll be another ht one at 90 just like last week. We had another small class with four people excluding me, to do a full Pilates routine on the mat with no props. Here's what we did a hour ago: 1 100 Cycle 5 Single Leg and Double Leg Stretches 5 Single Straight Leg Stretches 6 Cat-Cows 5 Regular and Full Peel-Ups 5 Head Peel-Ups 2 Sets of the Sidekick series (1x/side) 5 Upper Leg Raises, Bicycle/Backpedasl and Scissors Kicks 2 Sets of the Straight Arm Side Plank Series (1x/side) 2 Extended Arm Planks (1x/side) 4 V-Sit Stretches 2 Mermaid Stretches and Child's Poses 4 Crescent Moon Stretches (2x/side) 4 Knee-Leg Poses and Quadruplexes (2x/side) 4 1-Legged Planks (2x/side) And that's about it.

Is it compulsory to have mat to do yoga? Or can do on bed

For Pilates, you can use a yoga mat with or without the Pilates mat. For yoga, just the mat. Not on the bed.
