Sounds like you had a full breakfast. I have heard that breafast is the most important meal of the day. It is cooling off here in Jerusalem and it is five minutes before 6 in the evening.

I've got bread and eggs in the fridge. I could have toasted and scrambled them but I decided to just go for a mug of coffee. And juice will have to wait til later in the day. Enjoy mylotting today. I hope all is well.
