I did use a oittle creamer for mycoffee. L justnow
paid the price. Camps and I was supposed to
eat ;imcj.I saved the Phjilysteak sub for my
eve sna ate the soup then came back to
my room.
I had to lie down on my fleft side to finally pretty
much relieve the cramps> I must have a severe
allergy to the stuff in the creamer as I s till fel a bit ickly.
There is one brand of creamer they use thatI
can use wth no problem.But its not the one I used this
morning. So forget thjat completey

I use french vanilla creamer in my coffee and that's pretty much it. Sometimes coffee bothers my stomach it's just how much of it I have. I try to limit myself to only 2 cups a day.

this is a cheapy creamer and accordiing t o the docto it has

Some brands have so much chemicals and ick in them they aren't good for anyone. Hope you are all better now.

Oh you couldn't enjoy your lunch... hope you got relieved from cramps by now. Are you taking any medicine for the cramps
