Watched a great movie on HBO

Hacksaw Ridge was the evening's entertainment and was the best movie I have seen in a long time. Fantastic true story of a conscientous objector in WWII. Great performances by Andrew Garfield and Vince Vaughn. Mel Gibson certainly has a gift for directing. Of course a storm knocked out the TV in the last two minutes! Other than that..great! Have you seen it?

It does have a lot of volence in it..but the story being as it is true, is really worth seeing.

Yeah, it was really good. I have to admit I have a certain fondness for war movies, although not all are good.

It has already began when I got to the t.v. I hope it comes back on before they cut off the free HBO this weekend.

I watched this movie before. I must say it is hard to believe that a soilder could go to the war field without a weapon. And he could still survive from it. And he even saved other soilders and also the enemies. He was just like an angel. I think God protected him

I have yet to see hacksaw Ridge. It received many Oscar nominations.
