Good afternoon.
We had a bumper crop of zucchini .the photo as you can see it.
I will be making all kinds of bread.
1.Lemom,Blueberry,brownies,,,chocolate chips etc.
Going to be a very busy person this week.
Most of it going to homeless.Not all at once.They get one a week from me.
I have a loaf ready for them this week.
I make low fat bread.Which many have to check on their diets.
The zucchini is still coming.Lot of people do not want them.
Try to give some this morning no take.
Oh!well there loss.
You can do many things with them.Have them for breakfast or desserts etc.
Any one here make zucchini bread?
Which some of you were around here,will glad to share it with you.

You are doing a good deed for the homeless, and I'm sure they appreciate your delicious contributions.
I wish you could give me some of your beautiful looking zucchini! We love it and cook it right on the grill brushed with virgin olive oil and minced garlic. Healthy and yummy!

Yes you will be very busy making all that.

I make everything with zucchini, jam even. I make all sorts of dishes calling for boodle and use zucchini instead.

Beautiful zucchini's! I think I've made zucchini bread but its been awhile. I love it especially with walnuts. Sounds like you enjoy baking, thats great. I'm not very good in the kitchen I want in and out as soon as I can. However my hubby loves his goodies so I have to force myself asking God for His help. I made a batch of sugar cookies he gave me a thumbs up, so I guess they came out good. I can't eat them as I'm having to lose at least 45 pounds, ugh. But I am doing it with God's help He has helped me to eat right and resist the goodies. I eat fruit for sweets, my husband keeps me stocked up bless his heart! You have a great time baking!

@amadeo I am relying on God to help me lose the weight as He helped me lose 70lbs, but over the holidays I gained 20 back overendulging. So I had to back up and say ok God I've blown it I need You to help me get this weight off and He's definately been helping me. I would appreciate your prayers!

I have not used zucchini in awhile. I used to put it in something and cannot remember now what. I have never had zucchini bread. What does it taste like?

I have made zucchini bread in the past and my mother used to make the best zucchini quiche, all the ladies loved it at our meetings.

I love zucchini and went to a nearby farm to get some this morning. The ones I got didn't look half as good as yours do. I love zucchini bread but haven't made it in quite awhile. Now you've given me the urge to bake. Usually I'm happy with just grilling the zucchini on the bbq

I make zucchini bread from time to time here, as well as battered zucchini fries. Zucchini grows like crazy here in Utah, so just about everyone has them. Most of what they don't use, they sell at the farmers markets, or along with the pumpkin crops around Halloween.
