A leftover miracle: pasta omelette.

And I added zucchini, sprouts, bunch onions (diced). I added a sweet and sour sauce. Delicious.
I went to the supermarket and bought a lot of snacks to make up for not having Leticia with me. I´m going to cook all sorts of things that I have to try first before offering them to others

Good you avoid food poisoning others by trying the recipes first.
I wish more people I'm invited to have dinner with did that too.

I always use good ingredients so it is not really poisoning. But some people are picky.

@marguicha It's about mixing the right ingredients altogether: chocolate cream and German sausages might be good, but what if altogether in the same dish? That's what I mean by "poisoning".

I make omelettes with any leftover I have, however small. I´n this case. I also added I bit of fried diced zucchini and some bunch onions for more taste.

I make omelettes with a bit of cooked pasta, or with some leftover rice. Of course, a favorite of mine is the Spanish tortilla, with onions, potatoes and chorizo.
