Good morning,.I have never made a double loaf.I found a recipe that call for two loaves.Good.But did not even them out too well as you can see in the photo.
Guess I was way off.But it will be edible,
I pour the batter in the pan.Measure the depth of them.
Though I was right not.
Will do this again soon.I have to get this perfect.
Has anyone made two loaves together.?
Any secret in making these even?thank you.

I don't know if there is a secret to getting the two the same size. Maybe you could weigh them after putting in the mixture. That would be a start.

Home made does not mean that the food will come out looking like a machine made the stuff. It looks fine and it looks like a human created it. Yum!

The only thing I've made more than one loaf at a time is bread. I always have one loaf larger than the others. I try to cut them even, but it hasn't happened that way yet in all the years I've been making bread. Your loaves look very good.

Just slice 'em up - no one will know the difference . I usually just eyeball the measurements for 2 pans - if one has more than the other, I just steal batter from one pan and spoon it to the other. Seriously, everyone will be focused on eating it - not comparing the loaves .

They still look pretty good to me I guess it's hard doing a double recipe and getting them to be the same size
