It was early but my stomach said it was time to get up. It says I feel best when the weather is hot if I drink lots of iced drinks and eat more fruit and veggies. I have been missing your discussions because I have not been here as much, so I looked for you this morning. Have a great day.

Nah,... Ima moderate person when it comes to eating and drinking. But sometimes I do treat myself with desserts. What can I say, sweet tooth! (*_*)
