Tasting Kroger Deluxe Ice Cream: Chocolate Cookie Crumble / myLot

As you probably surmised, this ice cream is the store brand for Kroger markets. So no fancy Haagen Daz name here. Kroger Deluxe Ice Cream is inexpensive and often on sale. Chocolate cookie crumble is a chocolate lover’s dream. Maybe too much chocolate for some. Chocolate cookie crumbs are generously blended in chocolate ice cream making every spoonful a chocolate explosion on the taste buds. I did say this was all about chocolate! Kroger is not upscale ice cream by any means but this ice cream gets the job done.

This sounds good John. I bought a tub of Safeway low fat chocolate as that is all I could afford..never again omg disgusting.

Sadly all the Kroger stores around us are no longer in business. That does sound good though.

It sounds pretty good to me! I have the Food Lion brand of Heavenly Hash. I started craving Chocolate almond ice cream and this was as close as I could get.

I shop at ShopRite. Not the best place to shop. Although they have good prices. But the store by me does not have store brands Ice Cream. But they do have sales on many other brands. Mainly Friendly's and Breyer's.

I grew up on Kroger ice cream and we still have it. They have a lot of amazing and unique flavors! I never had this flavor, but it seems amazing, that is for sure.
